In preparation for the trip, the directors told us to pack a combination of cold and warm weather clothes because of the opposite changing seasons from winter to spring since we are now in the Southern Hemisphere. Little did I prepare my mind for the fact that it would indeed be cold! No, it is not freezing, but the past four days have been wet and dreary. Rain coats, layered sweaters and jackets, long sleeved shirts, and pants have all been in the requirements to survive outings. However, the sunshine did come out this afternoon for the first time in days, and my was it a welcomed sight! I pray for more sunny days to come!
